Jaclyn Cosmetics are the worst products I tried this month | Favorites & Fails Countdown

So much to share with you this month including my review of the new Jaclyn Cosmetics Poutspoken Liquid Lipsticks and Lip Liners. I'm sorry to say.... they aren't good...

Jaclyn’s brand just feels like morphe products with boujee packaging to me and morphe’s formulas are always a miss to me. idk there’s just something that doesn’t sit right with me about her brand lol

That's actually very funny: when you put the clip where Jaclyn talks about her products and how her family tried them and they said they are awesome, I remember she said the EXACT SAME THING for her original lipsticks, how Jaclyn and her family tried them before she released them and they were awesome (turns out they weren't and they were full of fuzz and metals and plastic pieces) so yeah, I found this amusing.

I cant get behind Jaclyns brand. It all seems too expensive for what it is. And its just me, but she is like a used car salesman. Everything is "the best" "i personally worked on this formula for 5 years" i just dont believe her. And i stopped wearing dry liquid lipstick 2 years ago

I can't help but think that if I bought a Jaclyn product, I would basically be buying Morphe. So it doesn't surprise me that the Jaclyn liquid lipsticks are Morphe, subpar, not so good quality.

For the milani blush, what I usually do is dip my brush in and then diffuse some of it on my hand before applying.. it makes it so its alot more sheer when applying and you dont have to work so hard.

I like Jaclyn. I just feel like she’s kinda stuck in 2017, and IMO a lot of her products reflect that. A lot of people now days are wearing a lighter base, cream blush, fluffy brows, gloss, light powder, more natural lashes, ext. As an influencer and brand owner, you would think she should be on top of the trends. Jmo 🤷‍♀️

I think the lip liner needs to be kinda dry in order to stay long term. I’m going to get one and try a comparison between Jaclyn and MAC.

The problem with liquid lipsticks is that if unless you have filler or perfectly youthful, plump lips with no wrinkles... liquid lipsticks just aren't the best choice. I gave them up.

I purchased 5 liquid lipsticks and 2 liners from jaclyn and honestly I love them!!! They feel very comfortable and my lips lasted pretty long, with very little transfer if any.I always hydrate my lips while I’m doing my makeup before applying lips. Wipe off my balm then apply my product. Not matter what brand I’m using!! I am def purchasing more shades of the liner and liquid lipsticks. I think jaclyn did an amazing job with them.

That's so true Jen, she's nothing but a salesman, I'm so impressed by her ability to lie like that, you're like does she actually believe in what she says? Otherwise it's inhuman. I was such a huge fan of hers years ago, literally bought everything she recommended 🤣

If you want cotton swabs that are pointy on both ends, I buy mine at cvs. They are in the nail section though. They are marketed for cleaning up manicures
