Tried all of the suggested solutions on youtube, and almost gave up. The last one worked, I turned off the washer, then used a hairdryer to lightly heat the start button for about two minutes and it worked. It was either the severe cold weather we are having causing condensation/moisture to affect the button. After heating with the hairdryer for a few minutes, I turned the washer on, then selected a cycle, then pushed the start button and it worked.

Yes the turning it off at the mains, holding the play/pause button and turning it back on worked for me. Hoover Dynamic DXC CC69IB3

How about the touch screen one, if it’s not on there’s bo pause button
