Salted Caramel Cheesecake

Ingredients

400gms Cream cheese
2 tbs cornstarch
2 eggs
2 cans all purpose cream
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
9pcs digestive biscuit
2 tbs Butter

Salted Caramel Sauce

1/2 cup White Sugar
1 tbs Butter
1 tsp salt
2 tbs cooking cream

Some instructions:

📝Bake at 180C for about 30-45 minutes.
📝After baking leave the oven slightly open for 15-20minutes.
📝Run a knife or stainless spatula around the edge the cheesecake. Remove the cake from the oven and unwrap the foil, transfer it to the cooling rack and let it cool completely.
📝Let it chilled for 3-4 hours or overnight.
📝 Pour the sauce on top of the cake.
📝Don’t forget to preheat the oven ☺️
