I always liked this scene because it showcases Rocky's and Adrian's personalities very well. Rocky grew up without much of an education and was used to living in a poor apartment; so when he sees a new house he can't help but appreciate all of the aspects of it that he otherwise lacked in his old place. Yet he's ignoring other important matters he should be considering when purchasing a piece of property. Meanwhile Adrian's pragmatic sense is shown here as she is more concerned with the important matters of the house themselves, such as asking if there's plumbing, how much are taxes, and above all making sure Rocky doesn't just jump into buying the place and making the realtor's job too easy. Great scene!

I used to buy heroin like 3 blocks from this house. It is still there and the Kensington area has deteriorated into an open air drug market of addicts littering the streets. Truly heart breaking. But Rocky's house still stands and inspires fans and recovering addicts like myself.
