How to do an One-Way ANOVA in JASP (12-8)

We are off to see the wizard with an example of a one-way (factorial) ANOVA involving wicked witches and munchkins. We open a .CSV dataset in JASP, check the assumptions of homogeneity of variance and normality, conduct the test, interpret the results, and write up the findings in APA style. I include a discussion of eta squared vs. partial eta squared effect size for one way ANOVA.

hi! im currently doing a research using anova and manually computed for within, between, total sum if squares, df, mean squares, and the f-statistics. the problem is the results i got from the computation and jasp results are different. do u think its okay?

Quick question. I love your classes. I am in an internship now. Even though I own SPSS I don’t like it as much as I do R. My main question I also prefer jamovi ver Jasp. Have you tried it and What do think compared to jasp. Jamovi aloes me to use R to code with the app. I would love to talk some time. Keep up the classes.

Second question, Do we need to levene test before going to ANNOVA? If it is not significant, Does it mean within the group no variations or between the group no variations?
