Your packaging is perfect. Not everyone’s post office is near a well served hub. When you live in far out places the packages get exposed to the elements and a ton of handling (mishandling) Your packaging is perfect protection!

I think the card with the mug care instructions is super important. I have ADHD and no way in hell will I remember there’s care instructions on the page once I have the package in my hands. The card works wonderfully as a reminder and will ensure you don’t have confused customers damaging their products <3

The cup care instructions in the box ensure that the person ABSOLUTELY knows how to care for them so they don't come to you when they break them asking to replace it saying they didn't know how to care. Plus it's much easier for a customer to keep a little card than to have to go back to the website for it

If you were to write your care instructions on your site only than those that receive your product as gifts may not care for them properly. I still believe adding a care card is essential unless they are repeat buyers and they’re buying it for themselves.

Here’s my beef with the eco-warriors: why are they coming after you when there are pollution GIANTS like Shein and Coca Cola? They’re picking on the “little guy” because it’s easier - just straight up bullies.
Your packaging is adorable and I can see it’s a whole lot more eco-conscious than bigger businesses that can definitely afford to do better.

Anyone who has complained about your packaging will complain if you took shortcuts and damaged their stuff.
