For those who have trouble seeing the 4x6 labels when they sign up: Place an order for the 8.5" x 5.5" and/or 4.25" x 5.5", then check back 10-30 minutes later. Ups will update the shipping supplies and you will see the 4x6 :)

Tip for DIY shredded paper: you can get a handheld paper shredder or use an electric paper shredder to get a similar result! It wouldn't be that super crinkly look, but maybe you can fold the paper before going into the shredder and then scrunch it afterwards!

I'm definitely a person who's always down for saving money, BUTI just want all of you guys out there to know that yes, UPS does provide shipping labels however, they provide them under the pretense that you're going to use them for UPS. They do not provide free labels so that you can then print your USPS or FedEx labels on them. That's stealing I'm just saying.

For crinkle paper, you can outsource from uline or have a paper shredder do all the work. You can shred old light weight boxes to be eco friendly too!

Great tips! I too make my own custom packaging and use sticker mule for my custom tape needs. I typically use vellum, but seeing your video is my confirmation to try the tracing paper. My latest free UPS labels came as sheets of four. I don’t know if the one in my area ships the fan-folded labels anymore 😩

I think you can get vellum which is basically tracing paper but it comes in different sizes and usually loose, you can probably find it in legal size if you wanted it a bit bigger than 8x11.5.
