Turkish Top Sirloin

What’s up guys! Today we’ll be grilling some Turkish top sirloin. A fantastic cut that delivers an explosion of a flavor in your mouth.

We cut 2 pieces and put them in direct heat on the bottom grill rack 2 minutes per side with juicy and tender results. That’s how fast and easy it is to grill a sirloin on the H1.
