I would have never thought that cloves or better clove oil helps to retain moisture in paints by slowing down the oxidization period. It always amazes me how nature aids with art or that you can make it work for you in obtaining a better result. This is a very well done video. Thank you. I bought a Masterson palette about a year ago and it's almost impossible to get the lid off, so I've never used it. Was hoping to find someone else who had the same problem and found the solution, but it sounds like the lid on yours works fine.
