From the church website:

We subscribe to the Westminster Standards as our doctrinal statement. It consists of the following documents:

The Westminster Confession of Faith
The Westminster Larger Catechism
The Westminster Shorter Catechism

We also believe that Christian Worship is to be regulated and defined by God's Word, the Bible.

Our worship services are designed to please and honor the Triune God of the Bible. We place Scripture reading and the preaching of the word of God at the center of worship along with Baptism and the Lord's Supper. These are God's gifts to His church and ought to always be at the center of Christian worship. We are a congregation that loves to sing God's praises, recite His Word back to Him, and actively engage in hearing and learning from God's Word.

We embrace and promote a comprehensive Christian world and life view.

There is no area of life which is not under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. It is to God and His law which all people, including governments and civil rulers, will answer. The Word of God embraces and informs the way we view marriage, the family, children, education, politics, worship, law, government, war, the church, missions, evangelism, and worship. In the world today there is a battle of opposing worldviews. There are basically only two positions: God's Word and man's ideas. We stand positively for Biblical truth and negatively against man's ideas which are opposed to Biblical truth.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only hope for mankind.

Because all men fall short of obeying God's law, all men everywhere are in need of divine grace and salvation from God. This salvation is found only in the Lord Jesus Christ who died for sinners, was buried, rose again, and is alive today seated at God the Father's right hand.

We Worship God Together as Families.

We offer nursery during the morning worship service for newborns and infants but encourage people to keep as many of their children as they can with them for morning worship. The audio of the service is in the nursery via speakers. There is also a crying room with a video screen and audio of the sermon. We offer Sunday school classes for all ages, but worship together as families. We do not offer "children's" church.

All who profess faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and are members of an evangelical church are cordially invited to participate with us in the Lord's Supper.

Nicholas Thomas Wright FRSE (born 1 December 1948), known as N. T. Wright or Tom Wright, is an English New Testament scholar, Pauline theologian and Anglican bishop. He was the bishop of Durham from 2003 to 2010. He then became research professor of New Testament and Early Christianity at St Mary's College in the University of St Andrews in Scotland until 2019, when he became a senior research fellow at Wycliffe Hall at the University of Oxford.

Wright writes about theology and Christian life and the relationship between them. He advocates a biblical re-evaluation of theological matters such as justification, women's ordination, and popular Christian views about life after death. He has also criticised the idea of a literal Rapture. The author of over seventy books, Wright is highly regarded in academic and theological circles for his "Christian Origins and the Question of God" series. The third volume, The Resurrection of the Son of God, is considered by many clergy and theologians to be a seminal Christian work on the resurrection of Jesus.

Thank you for this brother. I've been struggling with this. Here in Brazil, it is a fad to agree with Wright, even among well meaning pastor and brothers. This realization about the fullness of God's Grace in galatians is what saved me from cultic doctrine, and seeing so many brothers and sisters being influenced by this man has got me very distressed.

Could you speak more clearly? I am a big fan of R.C. Sproul. I have only read one book by N.T. Wright, his biography of Paul. I found it refreshing because I was not reading it as a theological treatise, but more as an artful attempt to bring Paul to life. I have since become more discerning about Wright, and it is amazing to me how "artfully" he sneaks heretical theology past otherwise solid Christians. Mea culpa. This is a terrific video. Thank you so much.

It's like nt wright just reformulates the question as his answer. As a lecturer I do feel sorry for his students when he lectured.

It is obvious when listening to N.T Wright, that he has a veil over his eyes and is not born again
He talks a word salad of nothingness. Listening from Australia 🇦🇺

Years ago I was in a church who's leadership embraced n t wright. I remember wondering what on earth he was saying. Lots of words and it felt almost like word salad.

Precision in words is SO important because our words reflect our precision of faith. You so quickly mention one of the essential truths which I have been contemplating for hours over the past days. And it is this, it is not "our faith" per se which saves us, but the One in Whom we have faith Who (which) saves us. We have faith BECAUSE He saves/saved us. We are not saved because we have faith. Now I could be wrong on all of what I have just written, and if so I would love to be corrected... I desperately want to be transformed in mind in order to believe correctly, and/or articulate correctly what I believe to be true. If I am wrong in my belief, let's say, then I want my erroneous beliefs to be truly made right according to God's True Truth. Does any of this that I write make sense...? P.S. You are the sort of Christian thinker I wish would be available in every church, or at least in my church, so that these deep questions could be dealt with on a weekly if not daily basis. The only fear I have in diving deeply into what I consider essential issues of primary importance is that I am ever learning, but never able to come to a knowledge of truth. But then, I think, what I am doing is giving credence to the reality of salvation in Jesus which I have experienced. IOW and analagous would be to say that I believe in gravity because gravity exists, rather than saying gravity exists because I believe in it. The existence of gravity is not dependent upon my belief in gravity. The same with [my] salvation in and through the work of Jesus; it exists therefore I believe in it - not because I believe in it, my salvation /salvation in Jesus exists. (None of what I write probably makes sense. See what I mean about precision of words?!)

A lot of distortion on this recording, Pat. Some kind of technical issue with the audio.

NT Wright. Everyone should run from his theology. A dangerous man to put it mildly.

Wright's statements about God's "putting things right, " reminds me of the Orthodox priest saying that the atonement "does God's victory, " So anomalous.

Truth be told I simply cannot believe that NT Wright resorts to such terrible exegesis but yes, he does. A heretic of the first order.

Quite frankly NT Wright doesn't know the gospel himself and therefore is unable to communicate it sensibly to anyone else.

N. T. Wright was not appointed by Tony Blair, he was appointed bt the Archbishop of Canterbury, at the time Rowan Williams. The Prime Minister gets a list of two candidates and it is understood that the first one is the one to be appointed. I rspect your disagreements with his conclusions but there is absolutely no way N. T. Wright is one of the false teachers Paul warns us about regardless of what R. C. Sproul says.
