Woman Gives Birth To Another Couple's Baby After IVF Mixup

Two families' lives have been flipped upside down after a woman in Brisbane was unknowingly implanted with the wrong embryo in an IVF mix up coined as human error.

The baby was born last year, but the families only learned of the mistake in February.
