So 4.2 ×2000=8400

My concept:
100 %of 2000 is 2000
Since 400 %=8000
20% of 2000 = 400
Hence 420 % of 2000 =8000+400
=8400

To calculate what 420% of 2000 is, you can use the following formula:

x% of y = (x/100) * y

Substituting the given values, we get:

420% of 2000 = (420/100) * 2000
= (4.2) * 2000
= 8400

Therefore, 420% of 2000 is 8400.

It’s multiple choice. 4*2000 is 8000. Done. You don’t even have to process the idea of 2*2 past the split second it takes to know it’s less than 10 and doesn’t matter in this situation.
