Ape was the illegal stock split. "Dividend" was supposed to provide a share count. It never should have been given value from amc.

I don't know why AA and Alegeny(sp) thinks that giving us 1 token share for every seven shares is fair. Why was retail even brought into this suit? Retail did not sue AMC. Giving retail one share back to seven shares is not giving us anything back. AA took our shares against our will when he converted AMC to APE. We are getting nothing in this settlement. This is a play on the Judge. I hope the Judge understands that the settlement is fraud against retail.
