I really like this podcast... Keep doing it;) As far as control goes I would say that I am on the other side of the spectrum.. People, places, and things control me but I would say that sitting with the uncertainty works for that as well.. My Alanon Sponsor and my Alanon Sponsor before were working on my to take more control (responsibility) for my life..

Thank you again for that video uncertainty can be scary especially I have another flare up with my back experiencing pain and tinnitus Spike for a week very loud in my ears and frustrating only had 3 hours sleep so I am uncertain when this is going to go away but I can't fix it on it it's either Panic or trust God

😊 thank you very much when you give up control there's peace but that's the hard part what about having feelings of anger towards your Sensations is it okay to have anger acknowledging it express it instead of keeping it in
