Thank you Honey! I am an addict. I wasn't off the rails lately, but it wasn't what I wanted to be like for myself. I am trying to analyze what has happened. Family things do bug me, big changes and not knowing what to do That carb smart ice cream calls me from the store, but I haven't had it in over a year. I so love all the recipes you put out. I need to be allowed to have healthier options. There was too much oppression that I had to put up with in life in the past, so freedom is important. Just knowing I have the freedom to choose a heathy treat gives me an option if I want it. Sometimes I choose not to. Thank you.

This is TRUE!!! The restart every Monday isn't worth it, by the time you start to feel better, its Friday again and back in the rabbit Hole, vicious cycle! Best to discover true pleasure that doesn't involve harming your body!

There are so many reasons I love this woman! Best myth buster out there! I've been sidetracked into so many unhealthy choices by advice like, "Running is bad for you; only do strength training, " (I *love* to run), or "Any sweet taste, even if it's zero calorie, will make you fat, " or "If you just go cold turkey on sweets for [x amount of time] you will lose your sweet tooth forever, " or "You can get healthier/thinner by piling on fats"... Nope, nope, nope. I am doing SO much better in just a couple of weeks thanks to Maria and Craig. Use their free online macro calculator! Try her recipes! Get unstuck!

AMEN TO KETO TREATS!!! girl I swear I would have never ever made it through keto for over two years now if I didn’t have an almond flour brownie or coconut flour cookie, etc. at least everyday! It keeps me from grabbing a bad treat my son or husband would have in the cupboard. I wish he was totally keto with me. I can’t get him to completely jump on the keto wagon. It makes things so hard for me. The temptations are so real!

I needed to hear/see this today. I have Multiple Sclerosis and really going through some depression. I eat mostly carnivore but have a few keto treats I still consume. I need to give them up And definitely need support. I have also had weight problems my whole life so I need accountability. I have requested to join the fb group. Thank you for all the content you put out.

Thanks so much for posting this video. I appreciate and admire your positivity and help so much! It saddens us all but it's our reality at times. So true hating Monday more than Friday!!! Funniest part now is I cheat on keto foods, and veggies more because I'm more animal based and carnivore (almost a year) yes! All about the triggers and making the poor feeling association.

I am glad you told us you eat your “Healthified” desserts. I have many of your cookbooks but I was not loosing weight so I quite using them and went to my own protocol. I got to a stall and found your videos again talking about PSMF. I do 14g/68g/86gF. 1104 calories and not losing for months. So out with dairy & nuts and incorporating PSMS .
