Great title! Personally, I think all the talk of whether we are or aren't in, or will be in, a recession is a bit academic - the economic fundamentals in the UK are all pretty rubbish - and even low unemployment levels are not exactly great all the while businesses can't recruit key staff. I think your good tips should apply in good times and bad
