this meditation was amazing, although I did not finish through to the end while I was situating myself with the noise and relaxing my body I felt almost as if I was in a hammock swaying and then I was reaching out my hand to a very bright white lighted being. Amazing experience I feel at another level of peace after that 😊

Great mediation method for those that have hard time mediating. It helps clear the mind and focus on daily tasks. Therapist always recommended meditation but this one is the one for me

Thank you so much for this perfect meditation!This type of meditation is really the only way I am able to stay in the moment as much as possible. I was able to feel peaceful before starting my busy day. I will try to stay in the moment as I go through the day.
