Great video! Thanks for sharing. Should the patient feel the pressure? But never pain as we do this technique right?

Another great video! Many of the runners and cyclists I treat have very tight and fibrous quads that are super sensitive. I often find that progress is slow and minimal with this muscle group, so I’m hoping these techniques will push their results to the next level. Thank you 🙏

I would like to share that I was able to rehab my overworked trigger thumb grade 4 with tendon scraping, isometri progression to eccentric strengthening and, the best part, Castor oil compresses for 2 weeks at night. Had to wear a thumb brace 24/7 and only took it off for ROM and strengthening. Castor oil is our friend. I have since decreased my thumb usage, however, my arthritis has really decreased a great deal since castor compress.

Greetings from Canada and thank you! My husband and I are avid cyclists so we’ll plan on doing this massage on one another. Massage therapists are always commenting that my quads are tight and “ropy”. Even though it is my favourite sport, road cycling definitely causes some muscle imbalance issues.

This is a great idea, rather than just having them keep their legs on the table! What kind of bolster/brand did you use? My bolster isn't as sturdy as that one

Hi John

Where did you get the bolster you are using from please? It looks much firmer than mine and perfect for this procedure.
