I heard really good things about this airline, their hospitality and service are award winning.

My experience was different, rude cabin supervisor false information about filming onboard and no conversation with me.

I am greek and fly very often with Aegean. I have once experienced a very strict flight attendant who advised a british passenger to put his mobile telephone in his bag although it was on flight modus! They don't allow any exceptions.

Looked excellent to me- in my opinion Aegean are one of the best airlines in Europe and I think that was demonstrated by the quality of their lounge in Athens, onboard comfort and onboard service and catering.

If I hear from your review, u just went up to the front galley, and u said u will be filming yourself and your experience onboard. Did u ask first if it was allowed to film onboard? Maybe the conversation would have went more smoothly? By impossing yourself by saying, i am filming, that doesn't give a good impression, no?

Lovely video. I‘m surprised by the reaction of the cabin attendant. I have filmed on Aegean before too, and I also informed the cabin crew, emphasizing the privacy protection. There was no issue in my case. I guess it very much depends on the individual cabin attendant :(

Since you ask what we think, I think that first, this particular airplane is 16 and not 20 years old. I think that I can constantly see the face of the passenger in 2F, as well as a minor who is boarding, as well as the face of one cabin crew member, not to mention the ramp agent and people at the Based on that, I would take the rudeness with a grain of salt...

I don't videotape other people's faces, only mine, you told to the flight attendant-us you say-and the video shows the first passengers who have entered and crew members. Also in another KLM video you can clearly see the faces of passengers both behind you and across from you.I didn't bother to watch other videos, I understood what it was about..

It seems that it depends on the Crew, wether they care for the Filming or not. I had a Crew, that made an announcement before Take off, that no Filming is allowed under any circumstances and other crews that did not give a damn. All in all I love Aegean as Iam Gold Status customer.

The Supervisor probably hates the job, it's not your fault. Then people have the tendency to overreact. In a good day, the answer would be the same, but the tone would be different.

So in the end you were vindicated by the company, because as you said no other faces were shown..It must have been a bad day for the purser..All these vloggers filming, how on earth do they do it? The plane was a usual oldie A320 like the one LH, OS, AF, BA, EI use..nothing special but it was ok for a euroflight..At least the meal was good!
