That works great for Americans. But how about the Christians that have lost their homes, they are on a bus and they are told by the Muslims to deny Christ or die.
Telling them that Christ has a wonderful plan for their lives. Americans have been living off the hard times that our forefathers had many years ago when they didn't know from one day to the next if they were going to be alive. Telling someone that Christ has a wonderful plan for their lives is not Scripture. Christ said "You will suffer for me."
Why do we sugarcoat our walk with Jesus Christ. Americans need to be told this is not an easy walk with Christ. It is going to be difficult. You may lose your homes, your lives, your fortunes for walking with Christ.
Our forefathers in 1776 said "We dedicate our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."
They are the ones that gave it all for our freedoms, and now we must tell them Christ has a wonderful plan for you.
I fought in Vietnam and those people we were trying to free were living in constant fear of the Communist. They were tough people trying to make the best of a bad situation. I disagree with Telling a spoiled brat in America that God has a wonderful plan for them. Americans take their freedom like they deserve it. This is a sick and spoiled generation, including my generation. We need to start telling the truth that we need to suffer for Jesus Christ, not expect more of the good times. The common people in America that works hard and has to give up nice things so the wealthy can live a life of luxury and make a mockery of the less fortunate.
