Putin ready to 'talk peace' with Trump as new recruits fail on battlefield

“Putin has said that he is willing to talk peace with Donald Trump and to take it seriously and to engage.”

Although Putin can draw on a deep pool of manpower, new recruits arriving at the frontline are very “poorly trained”, forcing him to consider an armistice, says Mark Urban, writer and columnist for The Sunday Times.

Part of the agreement to get Ukraine to agree to give up their Nuclear Missiles under the 1994 Budapest Agreement was that Nato would help to protect them in the future, now they are being let down once again like the first time putin invaded Ukraine and took over Crimea.
