doing this isn’t fixing the issue, chopped lips are usually a result of dehydration, or other medical issues within. also, in my opinion, her lips are still chapped, but just glossy now.

Thank you so much for sharing and posting this. I literally tried everything and nothing worked. My lips were so chapped that it made me pick my lips because of my OCD and it made them worse. This made my lips smooth and I had nothing to pick on. Thank you! You're a life saver.

Nothing get rid of my chapped lips. I drink tons of water too yet I always have this hard shell of chapped skin over my bottom lip (my top lip is smooth). If I feel the hard layer, it bleeds and looks gross, but I can’t get rid of it otherwise. My bottom lip is never soft. Help :(

you can use a lip scrub to remove the dry stuff and use chapstick/lip balm/lipgloss in less than an 1hr
