To be honest, as an ex make up artist, I can see the passion that you have for your products.., that’s really really rare and I would buy from you over and over again. I love your products, especially your eyeshadow palettes. I don’t think it’s fair that customers keep complaining when they don’t see Behind closed doors and in effort that you put into it. I think the silicone applicator is good but it’s for different formulas and product. It’s better for glosses for example, but when you have a lipstain you want it to be applied perfectly and sometimes silicone applicator does not allow you to do that

please please please don’t remove the silicone applicator even if you have to make a totally different product thats twice the price don’t remove it!i have major sensory issues and one of my favourite things about your brand is the silicone applicator since i normally can’t use lip products like that due to the doe foot applicator!
