The world is full of strife and hardship. Virtually every day, the news shows horrible things happening all over the globe. At times, the constant reminder of negativity can cause individuals to be overwhelmed.

At the same time, life moves incredibly fast. Experiences flash before our eyes. Daily tasks make days appear long. Frustration could build — which then causes people to be in bad moods. For those dealing with personal issues, the frustration could increase even further.

When facing hardship, we often look for help. Versions of ‘guardian angels’ can pop up in a number of ways. Sometimes, these helpful people are family members. In other cases, they are friends. That story brought tears to my eyes, that's somebody that was so, helpless, that's somebody just out of the blue was sent to him from up above, to give him the help that he needed, God bless her for what she did. We should all take a lesson from what she did. And know that in the times that we are in right now and this world there is no place for hatred, are holding grudges, are not loving anybody, we should all understand that we are all that we have we should start acting like it. Because when it comes to the end of the day we are all brothers and sisters in one way or another !

Glad she was there to help him. My wife is losing her hearing and we both learned ASL in college to combat this. We formed our own ‘shorthand asl’ for going to the grocery when the noise is deafening and you can’t even hear yourself think. Goddess bless Clara and Tim!

Now that was a nice story. To see someone helping someone else in their deepest time of need. I know a friend of mine, that lives in my neighborhood that is %100 deaf in both ears. But he still has his eye sight, meaning he can see but just can't hear. And I have known this person 7 years since I first moved here myself. So I know how hard it is to see someone go through that. I am always there for him when needs me. We talk every single day. Pluse he also has other friends to rely on too not just me. And his friends are my friends that I have known for 7 years also.

I started talking to a deaf and blind man 39 years ago and we wrote letters to each other as he typed his letters with few misstakes but I always knew what he ment .... and his wife was deaf and they were a Scottish couple who have now passed away and a formed a great relationship with talking to this lovely blind and deaf guy
