I remember seeing this a really little kid and for some reason my memory of the last scene was someone chops off her leg with a clever and she screams and sits straight up but they push her down back to the chair. Just a very dramatized version of this scene. And for a long time I thought that was how they amputate limbs.

I love the idea that seahaven just has all these little 'traps' on standby throughout the day in case once in a blue moon Truman actually tests them like having an army of wheelchair users ready to cut him off. They mustve been so excited that day.
