In this two part series, I am rebuilding a Derbi Start V engine from my Revolution Variant moped. I never found a good blind bearing puller and I didnt want to try the bread method.

Feeling generous? Buy me a coffee to help support my videos.

I MADE A MISTAKE! I said the output shaft bearing was a 6301 and that is WRONG. The output shaft is a 6201 (17x40x12). I am real sorry yall!

Love your editing style. It's super clean and succinct.

Your video was super helpful on timing and rebuilding a Puch e50. Don't stop, keep going :)

Never owned or plan on getting a Derbi, but I’ll watch every single video you make about one lmao.

You can remove the case bearings by putting the cases in an oven at 200 degrees Celcius / 400 degrees Fahrenheit in about 15 minutes. Hit the cases against a piece of wood or your workbench and the bearings should pop right out. 🙂

Hey. We’re big fans and looking for a Flatreed rear pulley assembly. Any help would greatly appreciated!

Is it because the puller sets are imperial, and you use it on a metrik bike?
