Although Donna becomes extremely toxic in the last few seasons, this is one of the only times I actually side with her over someone else.

Faye had no right to do what she did. It was an attempt to mitigate Donna’s power (as she had voting power in the firm) and elevate Faye’s power.

Faye wanted to rebuild the firm in her image and kicking Donna a peg or two was a part of that mission. Faye was a cancer on the firm. Was she always in the wrong? No. Here she most definitely was.
