Evolved demolishes Thermo, here is why, it is said in the movie that Godzilla now has 20X more power, in the novel of GxK they said they never saw Godzilla with so much energy and power, also what did Thermo do? He just tanked Ghidorah gravity beams, and almost destroyed him with 3 pulses, he didnt show any type of strenght and speed feat, just power and endurace, while Evolved showed Strength, speed, agility, and all types of feats around the movie, in Godzilla King of the monsters Godzilla absorbed only 1 nuke thanks to serizawa, and Godzilla in Godzilla x Kong the new empire, he literally absorbed all scylla radiation (she absorbed 2-3 power plants before fighting godzilla) and later on the movie, Godzilla absorbed another nuclear plant, and if that wasnt enought he absorbed all the power and radiation that Tiamat's lair had (which is said to be the most radiactive and powerful place in the whole planet) sorry but Evolved DESTROYS thermo

Ok so, I might need to explain a bit on this. Thermonuclear Godzilla melted everything around him, because he stored loose heated radiation. But SuperEvo Godzilla had a more controlled output, regarding Evo Godzilla's increase in nuclear capacity. So Evo Godzilla could easily inflict more damage with his Spiral Ray, while Thermo does have the pulse, Evo Godzilla can do his own as a counter we just didn't get to see him do it as SuperEvo. In the official (canon) novel, Godzilla (base form) could use a shockwave - or pulse - out his back spikes. That one shockwave lifted, or even killed, MUTO Prime. We could also see Godzilla use the EMP Pulse when he was Atomic Charged. All the more, SuperEvo could easily tank Thermo's pulse. Also, about the melting everything where Thermo walks, SuperEvo does that too. But more on himself than the surrounding area. If you look closely at Godzilla's spikes throughout the movie, and compare Godzilla's spikes at the start of the movie and the end of the movie, you can notice that Godzilla's spikes actually melt because of the mass heat and radiation from SuperEvo. While I still think Thermo is awesome, it has an extremely low chance at beating SuperEvo (also GXK Godzilla is the latest version of MV Gzilla, and its evolved so yeah). In addition, if Evo Godzilla predicts the Thermo Pulse, he could probably outrun or atleast get far away from it. I rest my case.
