Strength and power to thermo - he was on-par with ghidorah's base form before he went thermo, before getting outclassed completely to an amped one. Mothra then gives goji the ability to go thermonuclear, and ghidorah absorbs some of thermo's energy just before the final fight. Goji goes from barely alive to incinerating his foe in minutes, using only three attacks. That is something Supercharged EvoGoji couldn't do - all evidence i've ever collected (being from the novel and film) puts shimo directly at or above the uber-amped ghidorah. SCEvoGoji is 20x Boston Amp Goji (correct me if it's 20x base goji), and you'd need a far greater amp to achieve thermo's level of power.

Durability to Thermo. he was able to withstand and not react at all to gravity beams that were able to burn and tear into his skin just before, and since SCEvoGoji should be at least 70~% of the uber-amped ghidorah's power (being generous here), thermo takes this.

Size and Mass - SCEvoGoji takes size by 0.2 meters, and thermogoji easily takes mass (EvoGoji is stated to have lost all his fat during the process of evolution)

Reflexes combat Speed - SCEvoGoji

Notice how SCEvoGoji takes mostly speed related stuff? he'd have no way of escaping the pulses and would be slower than them (note the speed of the pulses).

Overall, Thermo mid diffs.
