Evolved would win because it states in the movie and novel that Evo Godzilla has 20x radioactive capacity as normal, and Theron was gonna explode without Mothras ashes being able to help Godzilla control the explosion and release the energy, and Evo has a more radioactive beam so he could just beam Thermo until he exploded

Supercharge evolve godzilla's beam won't do anything to thermo. The size is also inaccurate, they are the same size. Thermo is the strongest form godzilla can turn into.
