As I begin to start with my summer cut I decided to talk about some of the common mistakes people make when they transition from a bulk to a cut, all whilst I go through a chest & triceps session.

1. Don't drastically cut calories 1:23
2. Don't overload on unneeded cardio 2:47
3. Have less frequent and more structured cheat meals 4:42
4. Don't drop the weight 6:04
5: The goal is fat loss not weight loss (unless you are obese) and to maintain muscle 8:05
6. Readjust your programme after every week (if it needs to be) as progress may not be made at the rate you expected 10:23

Perfect timing! My first cut, ive worked out for 3 years and eaten whenever i want, but healthy. Gained lot of mass but a belly. Want a sixpack and doing my first bulk after that. Im 18 now, never had sixpack lmao

Mike always the man with the best music choices, MMLP is a classic. Great advice about taking time to cut, I tend to do cardio about a month until my target/holiday

So glad you did this video when you did. I did my first bulk and coming out of it is alot harder for me than just "toning" up for the summer. Really trying to hold on to that muscle!! Thank you for the tips. You are awesome and such an inspiration!
