5 day Strength Training Series to Build Strong Bones | Day 1

This short 5 day series is meant to follow the 25 day strength series. Each day will consist of a short 15-20 minute strength workout to help build strong bones and reduce chances of osteoporosis. Modifications are given to make the exercises easier, or more challenging. This program is suitable for anyone who has the basic knowledge of proper form and technique for using weights. The links to the 25 day series is below if you want to start there.

Hi Jules, Thank you for your workouts . I have been working out with you for some months. I started with Interval workouts and moved through the four levels and I have continued to do two interval workouts a week. Then I started the 25 day strength program and have been repeating week five for several weeks. Now I have started the 5 day strength training series. I can tell that I am getting stronger, I will turn 80 in August of this year and want to be a fit 80 year old. Thanks for making these workouts so even the elderly can do them with all of the modifications that you give.

Wow, great exercises . I used to hate weight training and squads . Thank you so much for the easy approach to this. Jules, You did change me in a better way. I do weight training 3 times per week because of you. God bless you. I am a 53 year old woman . Please create more level 5 or 6. And right now I can push up from the Floor !!! Thank you so much !

I was so excited to see that you're doing another series on strength. I completed the 25 day series and have been doing the last week over and over. Yesterday was my first day of gardening all day long and I was thrilled to not have to rub myself down for muscle pains in my arms and legs. Thank you for helping me get to this point.

Hi Jules, I'm here! After finishing the 25-day strength training, this was perfect for me. I was able to do it all, even the lunges without aid. Feeling strong and wore a pair of jeans today that used to be too small. That's because of you, Jules, my TV workout buddy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 😊😊

These 5 day strength training videos are on repeat! Strength, stamina and flexibility gained with each w/o. We just celebrated 2 granddaughters graduating high school. One in SC, and the other the following week in Texas.. Lots of road miles. Jules and Improved Health videos travel with you! Those stretches I've learned came in handy after hours of driving.🤩

I took a gamble because I didn’t do all of the 25 day strength building workouts. But I do work out with you regularly so I went ahead with today’s strength training anyway especially because I do have osteoporosis. I did great, you did great. We did this together and thank you very much.👭💕💐

Jules....I love this new series of strength workouts...I really like this new way of doing the lunges with the paper plate, so much easier and better on my knees, you are a genius for putting this in the workout for us oldie but goodies....lol. I did the 25 day and then did the last week for several weeks, so this will be a nice you again....have a fabulous rest of your day....take care and God

So excited to see this already available! Despite the 25 day series, I am still challenged on the one leg calf raise -- only on my right leg, which I've learned through PT is my non-dominant one. I'm determined so today's end quote was embraced.

I decided to attempt this routine and took advantage of the levels offered: level 1 and some level 2 owing to very painful knees when exercising (not walking). I was amazed at my fortitude, stamina, and strength in spite of negotiating difficult areas. Excellent strength routine, AND I'm most proud of myself. I thought I couldn't do it, but thanks to your very well thought out routine, I owe it all to you, Jules. Perhaps tomorrow I'll tackle day 2. Thank you...Anastasia
