Definitely increasing the amount of fruits you use can help get you that flavor. Also, adding dried fruit to secondary fermentation can help increase your fruit flavor!😉

LOL Have you thought about coming back and adding a racking/bottling video onto the end of your brewing videos? Sort of give closure to the whole process? Hey, thanks for the video. just getting into mead making. Is that a 2 gallon recipe? If I wanted to do a test run with 1 gallon, would it look like this?

2 lbs Honey
3/4 Gallon Water
1/2 lb of Raspberries
1/2 Package 71b
