The Latest iPhone SE 4 Leaks Are Bad News | TSW217

Apple's iPhone SE 4 is set to launch in 2025 and ahead of the release date, here's a look at those leaks and rumours. The most recent photo featuring an iPhone SE 4 case suggests this 'budget' phone once again sports a single camera lens. But what else do we know about the performance, battery life and other bits of Apple's next smartphone?

Well, despite early leaks suggesting this new mobile would reuse the chassis of the iPhone 14, it appears that a single camera lens is all we'll get. Thankfully the iPhone SE 4 seems to upgrade this shooter to a 48MP sensor, which hopefully won't be as cack as the SE 3's out-of-date optics.

Performance will come courtesy of Apple's A18 chipset. So you can expect this 6.1-inch smartphone to happily play the latest games. Battery life might be longer than the older phone too, because let's face it, that couldn't really get much worse.

The iPhone SE 4 will also serve up an LG OLED screen with a stupid massive notch, for the Face ID shenanigans. And you can expect the usual iOS type situation, but thankfully no bloody camera button.

Thank you for being brutally honest about Apple and their money grubbing tactics. The only thing sadder than the outdated tech on the SE models is the fact that the Apple sheep fandom continue to accept the low-tech on the SE models as "vintage, quirky coolness" . Meanwhile, Samsung, Pixel, and OnePlus are actually making phones with tons of value because you know, not everyone has $1, 200+ to spend on a new phone.

With the SE 4, it sounds like Apple are screwing over the 10% of us that can’t use OLED due to PWM! Just throw on the LCD screen from the 11 and knock off £100-150!

My wife just broke her SE 2nd gen and bought a used 13 mini. Best decision she could ever make: small, cheap and she doesn't have to wait for the bloody 4th gen SE.

I think Apple should’ve stayed with the XR and improved its design or made a budget 11/12. I think that’s would’ve been better than the SE

SE was good when it was made using an iPhone 5s body. There is not much sense in releasing a separate phone from ground up with a single camera. People will buy previous gens base models.
