You cannot compare phones with different operating systems. Some may still prefer Android over iOS for customisation and a higher refresh rate display for an affordable price.

I’ll just grab a 3rd gen SE for my work phone, the Touch ID is something I prefer compared to the Face ID on my 15 pro

Yeah sure it sounds nice but that price tag is a monster for a so called “budget” phone. it’s not supposed to be an iPhone 16 pro it’s supposed. I think it should be around $300-400 max!

Design of the iphone 8 /SE2020/SE2022 is the most beautiful of all the iphones (bezels could be thinner of course). Don´t call it ugly !
