Even though its been colder then normal here people have still been having yard sales. I been trying to hit as many as i can. i love these types of videos, always like to see what other people are picking up. Looks like you got some good stuff :) Thanks for sharing!

I finally figured out why you do so good, BH!  You live around Austin TX.  That would be like the Ashville of NC.  They actually have rich folks and a more artsy fartsy crowd out there and lots of college types.  They EVEN have a weigh and pay goodwill out there LOL.  I thought I was just a bad picker  and was beating my head against the wall every other day because I was looking VERY HARD and couldn't find Jack, but in reality, you just live in an exceptional area.  Dang, now I don't feel so bad about the misery I've been enduring.  It's important that everyone realizes that not every part of the country is a "REALLY GOOD" picking area.  Some are good, most aren't, but don't y'all beat yourselves up about it.  You can still go out of town and do SERIOUS pickups to store for a later time!  I'm getting ready to rent a UHAUL, and I'm going on a 7 day trip to find merchandise.  I'm gonna put it in storage and sell it :)   I hope yall find lots of stuff soon and make lots of money.  Just remember that most of this country has a high poverty rate and you HAVE to get outside of there to find the GOOD stuff :)  I know it sounds kind of cruel, but it is the truth.  We are all trying to get by and keep the rent paid.  Good luck to you lot!

One of the your first videos I viewed helped me a few days ago.  It doesn't snow here so ski boots is an odd item to run across at garage sales but scored one for 10$! When I flipped it for 80$ I felt the same way you did 5 seconds into that Doppio sip lol.  Just wanted to thank you brotha, keep these helpful videos coming!

Garage sales have been amazing the past few weeks, but the GWs have been disappointing.  Spent $500 at the local target on a couple of items that MIGHT net $1000 - $2000.  We'll see.

Instead of the 15 - 30 garage sales I go to during peak season, I'm only going to a few on Saturdays, but I always manage to find at least one really good sale.  The last estate sale I went to was run by the family and I overheard them saying that whatever doesn't sell by Sunday will be donated to the GW on Monday..Bouya!   These people really needed this stuff GONE, so I lowballed 'em and bot tons of salable items for almost nothing - new Microwave, $100 clock, $100 worth of medical stockings, office supplies, etc.  The next sale I went to I bot an industrial two bar clothing rack on wheels for only $20.  It's exactly what I needed to store my clothes.

I found a vintage tripod for $5, unfortunately or fortunately can't find another like it. Thalhammer tripods are all over the web for $150, but not like mine. Cool? I guess? It had a 9.99 goodwill tag on it.
