My grandma used to have flying anxiety so she went to a therapist, the therapist told her “even if all the doors were open for you to leave, where would you go?” Somehow that helped her so hopefully it helps u too ❤

Just try to get super comfy on the plane and watch some movies so you don’t even realize you are actually flying. Also wear headphones the whole flight they help a lot. Those are my tips for flying and i’ve flied a lot so hope those help❤

Tips for the airplane!
1. Always pack gum in case ther is turbulence
2. You can see the whole world up there!!
3. Keep money on you for food or drinks!
4. I like to hold on to something like a stuffy or my pillow
5. Look out the window it will distract you from feeling sick
