Video on superheat and how to calculate it and what it is

This video I instruct you on how to calculate and go over the super heat fomula. This video also gives you some basic information on what super heat is.

Remember to follow the formula, or you will calculate it incorrectly.

Remember to always check superheat, even if the system runx off of a TXV. If you only check one, you get half the picture on a refrigeration system. Super heat check is the only way to tell if the TXV is working correctly or not.

If your temperature probe shows a lower temperature than your pressure gauge, check your probe calibration, its physically impossible for the liquid to be cooler than the vapor point.
