Ranch Potato Wedges | Delish

Because you can't go wrong with bacon, ranch and cheddar.

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Slice each potato in half, then cut potato halves into wedges. Add to baking sheet and top with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Toss until fully coated, then flip skin side down.

3. Top with cheese and bake until deeply golden and crispy, 25 to 30 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, fry bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain slices on paper towels then crumble.

5. Garnish the warm wedges with chives and bacon, and serve with ranch dressing for dipping.

INGREDIENTS
3 russet potatoes
2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
1 tbsp. Ranch seasoning
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. finely chopped chives
Ranch dressing, for serving
