Tbh "Elite" Tools are a decent idea. The guards in the HQ's have elite types. The elite tools would be a tool to be in-between The Golden Rake and Porcelain Dipper. They would just be advanced versions of the regular tool. Like Elite Scythe and Elite Bubble Wand.

Elite Scythe could damage mobs, interesting. I remember when purchasing the dark scythe for the very first time I thought it could deal damage to mobs, it just made sense to me but I guess not Onett. I do think that onnet was planning on releasing some new tools at red and blue HQ at the secret room around after the mondo chick released
(The weird room at requires 100 quest of riley or bucko bee which is impossible at that time)
Inside the room now, there's nothing, but back then, there's.. Red extract dispenser..? Which i glitched in and it just says error at the dispenser back then.
