In Washington, Democrats are racing to resolve disputes over President Biden’s massive domestic spending bill before he leaves for Europe Thursday. On Tuesday night, the president traveled to Virginia to campaign for the Democratic candidate in the state’s deadlocked governor’s race. NBC chief White House correspondent Peter Alexander reports for TODAY.
