Thats good that he got what he wanted....however. being after the climate summit brings some interesting problems to the forefront of this. 1. All of that construction is really REALLY not good for the environment
2. If any new roads, highways, or railroads are built they will MOST CERTAINLY involve cutting down swaths of trees and destroying nature
3.unless at least half of that money is going to the fight against climate change you have already failed
