Congress came one step closer to averting a government shutdown when the House passed a short-term spending bill Thursday that would extend funding until next Friday. CBS News political correspondent Caitlin Huey-Burns and CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane joined "Red and Blue" to discuss the latest on the budget negotiations and other news out of Washington.
