Tornado wipes out Oklahoma town overnight, killing 1

Search and rescue is underway in Barnsdall, Oklahoma, after a tornado tore through the town overnight Monday. Barnsdall, with a population of just over 1,000, is located about 40 miles north of Tulsa.

The amazing thing is storm chasers were calling this over an hour before it happened. People were able to flee and find shelter as a result.

Tornado sirens in bartlesville went off 15 to 20 minutes before it hit. Oklahoma meteorologists and emergency management saved lives last night. It could have been much worse.

Prayers to everyone they don’t know where the person was killed in barnsdell they’ll know later today my guess it could be an E-F4 or 5 I really can’t predict but my thoughts and prayers to everyone in Oklahoma and I think the other states need to come together and help our friends in Oklahoma rebuild and give them food and clothing and comfort during these difficult times.
