Design -> page color ( Choose black; characters change automatically to black ) | -> File -> Account -> Office Theme ( Choose Black ).

Thanks man. This helped out a lot. I've been trying to turn on full dark mode on my office 365 word for a while but it always ended up applying the dark mode to just the window, leaving the page still white. I thought I would have to uninstall the whole office package just so I could get it to work. Thanks a lot brother. Now I can work without straining my eyes... especially at night.
