We know that people of who are a mix child od tyevet and Khnaeri'ah have hair thats the color of their element (kaeya) and we know it is possible for their to be people with elven ears (klee) so potentially he is a mixed species/race (?) Character whose part Khnaeri'ah and part whatever alice and klee are OR this is more lore on Khnaeri'ah as a whole. Maybe the people of Khnaeri'ah were so adept with the elements because they were able to resonate with the elements (and thus elemental beings) so well.
