The real question is Why Neuvillete is so protective of Furina? Does he care for her? Or maybe it's that if she disappears her curse will be passed down to him. All the other dragons except Dvalin have strained relationships with the archons.

Well the truth is that the gnosis contains dragon magic, if the magic is retrieved to the soverin then it’s dragonhood is restored. This also means that the dragon power is tied to the elements.

Seeing how the traveller now is a cheap neuvillete i believe that the traveller’s powers are connected to each gnosis rather then the archons, this explains why traveller and shogun are different in their kit

Maybe the reason why the Fatui are collecting the archon Gnosis is so they can give it back to the elemental dragons and the archons would no longer hold power?

I wouldnt be surprised if Furina gave the Gnosis to Neuvillette after finding out where the power within it came from. She's show to be naive at heart but also she does care about doing whats best for her people, often going out her way to distract them to keep them happy.

As the god of justice, do you think she would honestly want a gnosis if it was someone's else power stolen and gifted to the Archons? The reason she is so powerless might be because as a newer archon she hasn't adjusted to using her element without her gnosis like the others and hence looks to Neuvillette for support. I just think it would be neat.

ALL SPECULATION:
I believe that I can settle this theory with a full thorough answer:
Furina is NOT the Hydro Archon, but she also IS the Hydro Archon. To explain, recall the voice we've discovered in the Fountain that sounds suspiciously like Furina, as well as the fact that Fontaine as a Nation plays on Duality. As much as people speculate, there's absolutely zero way of faking a Statue of the Seven. Furina is not the Archon, but Focolors is, I believe she's been split in 2 and that the next upcoming acts will be Furina and her powers "Focolors" reuniting to become whole once again, for reference Furina and Focalors may be parallel to Seele and Veliona

I've just had a realization. What if the tsaritsa wants to bring all of the elemental dragons to full power? It'd be the perfect way to rebel against celestia, especially since the dragons are regarded as celestia's enemies. By stealing all of the gnoses, she could very well bring all of the dragons to full power and ask for their aid in overthrowing celestia.

Furina's hair glows always that means she always try to hold ground level of water in fountaine and If she figths with someone then she can't hold it so she refuses. She acts childish so no gonna be interested in her to figth. And also i think that she want to give gnosis to Neuvillete to get his whole power.

Theres a secret somewhere regarding why neuvillette loves focalors so much. My original theory is that they pulling another, homegirl is the same person only shrunk like nahida/rukkhadevata… but surely hoyo can get more creative then having both nations archons back to back having similar afflictions…

So another favorite theory of mine people had was that furina is split into three, shes a third of herself and maybe her other selfs knew neuvillete, possibly was the previous hydro archon
