I don't have Microsoft photo's on my windows 11. I think somehow my laptop has deleted the thing completely, maybe that's why I am getting the invalid value for registry error. I don't know if I should try reinstalling windows 11. I didn't do updates, but apparently my system is up to date & the only update I did was for avaast when it asked me to.

When i open the devive manager, it says "this app has been blocked for your protection. An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information, contact the administrator"....why?
