If you stare at your reflection in the mirror long enough, your brain gets bored and starts making stuff up. If you start to imagine creepy things about your reflection, you'll begin to vaguely see them. Same thing applies to quietness. You'll begin to feel or "hear" things, but it's just your brain trying to have fun at your expense😂
