2.on general there is a thing called *Powermode and start up* press that

3. The right side is going to say energy saving, it saves energy but if you don’t care and you want your game and apps to update or download while your Xbox is off the press energy saving and it has instant on press that and your done.

Also if you put your xbox into instant on, the long boot up screen wont play and you will be brought to your home screen immediately.
